He provides senior-level HR supervision to the company and leads company-wide HR operations, including employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, and training. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and earned an Argentum Award in 2017 for excellence supporting senior living.

Greg previously served as Vice President of the Serviam Value-Based Care Alliance in Virginia, leading efforts to advance value-based care strategies that improve resident outcomes, enhance care delivery, and optimize healthcare costs. Earlier, at Solterra Senior Living, he oversaw operations across eight communities in Arizona and Colorado, playing a crucial role in Solterra's transition to value-based care and implementing predictive technology that improved care coordination. He currently volunteers with the Charlottesville First Tee program. Greg and his wife Tobi reside in Crozet, having relocated from Phoenix, Arizona.
Josh is a Registered Nurse and a principal at Allen Flores Consulting Group, with over 25 years of experience in senior living, including executive leadership overseeing health services, staff development, recruiting, and regulatory compliance. He consults on risk management and legal cases, including testifying as an expert on assisted living standards of care. Certified in assisted living nursing by the American Assisted Living Nurses Association, Josh serves on the board of the California Assisted Living Association and is past board chair of the Center for Excellence in Assisted Living.
